The Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences offers diagnostic services through wide array of imaging modalities like interventional radiology as well as therapeutic procedures and executes intensive care for the patients. The department follows a dedicated and patient-centric approach for providing timely diagnostic imaging facilities to patients of all other departments of the hospital as well as out-patients. Basic imaging facilities are provided by the X-ray department, with advanced and state of the art MRI and CT facilities also available 24/7.
The Radiology department is equipped with a number of fixed High Frequency Radiography machines incorporated with CR system and Digital Radiography unit. Portable radiography units are kept on each floor of the hospital, in the intensive care units, hospital wards and operation theatres.
This was possible by a dedicated team of Radiologists, Interventionists, technologists and allied health staff.
