The Department of Ophthalmology provides excellent services for effective diagnosis , treatment and research in eye diseases.
Our main objective in to place emphasis on both clinical and para clinical student training in order to strengthen their research and clinical capabilities.
We are well equipped with infrastructure to deal with both common as well as unique ophthalmic problems.
Outreach camps are conducted frequently in nearby villages and are provided free treatment . we are also conducting school camps for screening purpose and children are referred to our centre appropriately.
