The Department of Ophthalmology provides excellent services for effective diagnosis , treatment and research in eye diseases.
Our main objective in to place emphasis on both clinical and para clinical student training in order to strengthen their research and clinical capabilities .
We are well equipped with infrastructure to deal with both common as well as unique ophthalmic problems.
Outreach camps are conducted frequently in nearby villages and are provided free treatment . we are also conducting school camps for screening purpose and children are referred to our centre appropriately.
